Shipping and delivery terms and conditions
Shipping will be carried out by an express courier trusted by the seller. The indicative cost of each individual shipment for Italy and the Islands varies according to the item purchased and fluctuates based on weight.
Italy Zone A: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Lombardia, Marche, Molise, Piemonte, Puglia, Toscana, Trentino Alto Adige, Umbria, Valle d’Aosta, Veneto.
Italy Zone B: Calabria, Sardegna, Sicilia.
For the minor Islands (Lampedusa, Pantelleria, Eolie, etc.) the rates in force at the time for such destinations will apply.
Additional surcharges may be added to these costs depending on the actual characteristics of the product, in order to ensure safe transport (special oversized packaging, etc.)
Please note that the shipping costs shown are purely indicative: they may vary according to the price lists applied by the carrier at the time of purchase.
They will in any case be shown on the portal when finalizing the purchase.
For shipments made abroad, the rates in force at the time of purchase will apply, as applied by the carrier based on the quality and destination of the products.
Delivery times, guaranteed directly by the carrier and the shipping company, are as follows:
Queen bees for Italy zone A and B and abroad 24/72 working hours;
Honey Italy 48/72 working hours;
Honey abroad 72/96 working hours
Bee packages and nuclei will be delivered directly by the seller, so it will be up to the parties to jointly agree on delivery times and methods according to their respective needs.
Orders will be dispatched for shipping within 8h of processing, except for any unforeseeable events and cases of force majeure, or restrictions imposed by the Authorities. In this regard, if the buyer has requested tracking of the individual stages of the purchase, the seller will receive confirmation of the order's acquisition, processing, and delivery to the carrier.
In this last stage (delivery to the carrier), the seller will communicate the order's shipping code. It will be up to the buyer, after shipment, to check the transit and status of the shipment via the tracking service provided by the shipping and transport company.
