These contractual terms and conditions are organized according to the following paragraphs:
purpose and object of the contract;
order and purchase procedures;
payment methods;
order acceptance, discount and promotion policy, execution and conclusion of the contract;
shipping and delivery methods, terms and conditions;
right of withdrawal - Complaints and disputes policy; a) effects of withdrawal;
liability for defects and product warranty policy;

b) shipping and delivery methods, limitations, exceptions and exemptions from liability by product type: nuclei and packages of bees;complaints, suggestions, alternative dispute resolution, competent Court. Reference to sector regulations.
1. Purpose and object of the contract
On this portal it is possible to purchase the products offered for sale according to these terms, availability, warranties and methods, taking into account the characteristics and peculiarities of the purchased product.
In particular, in the dedicated section it is possible to purchase the following products:
honey
raw honey
In the future it is not excluded that the platform may sell goods related to the beekeeping sector. In particular:
packages of bees
live queen bees
The goods offered for sale are directly produced by the seller, who guarantees their authenticity, the conformity of the characteristics detailed in the datasheets of each individual product, and retains ownership until actual payment of the purchased goods.
It is specified that the seller may indicate on the sales portal minimum purchase quantities, also in relation to the destination of the product.
For sales made abroad, the health certification (TRACES) necessary for shipping outside the National Borders is produced by the seller at the Buyer's expense.
2. Order and purchase procedures
The Buyer can choose the products to purchase by browsing or searching for available products through the search functions. By clicking on the "Buy" button relating to the desired product, it will be added to the virtual cart and the Buyer can continue shopping or click on "View Cart" to check the total quantity of purchases made and proceed directly to finalize the purchase.
At this stage it will be possible to increase and/or decrease the quantities of the chosen product, empty the cart, or add other products. Once the products have been added to the cart, the Buyer can proceed with the purchase.
It is specified that it will be possible to ship the purchased products throughout the National Territory and Abroad (European Community and other Countries), under the conditions set out below.
3. Payment methods
Payment can be made using the following methods:

Payment upon delivery to the driver, in case of products delivered directly by the Seller.
The price shown refers to each individual product and is to be understood net of VAT, shipping costs and any other additional charges and the cost of health certification - TRACES - (for shipments within the European Community - Abroad).
At the time of payment, therefore, in the section dedicated to finalizing the order, the unit price of each individual product to be purchased will be shown, along with quantity, taxable amount, VAT amount, shipping costs, any transport insurance, and any other additional charges and the cost of health certification - TRACES - (for shipments within the European Community - Abroad).
The payment due will therefore be determined by the sum of the taxable base, VAT and shipping costs (and any transport insurance and additional charges and health certification for shipments within the European Community - Abroad - TRACES).
4. Order acceptance, discount and promotion policy, execution and conclusion of the contract
Once payment has been made, confirmation will be sent to the buyer via certified email (pec) and the progressive order number will be communicated.
In the event of offers and promotions (including temporary ones), the discount percentage granted for each individual product is to be understood as applied to the relevant unit price net of VAT. The discount applied, errors and omissions excepted, will be highlighted in the purchase section of the individual product.
In the event of offers, discounts and promotions to be applied to shipping costs, the discount percentage, the lower price or any free shipping will be highlighted at the time of finalizing the order, next to the item "shipping costs". Such offers will be highlighted in advance by the seller on the portal's home page and in the product showcase, also in order to inform the buyer of the current offers and promotions that may concern any component contributing to determining the final price and the payment due.
In the case of purchase orders for large quantities, such as to require the arrangement of dedicated logistical resources, the buyer may contact the seller directly, also in order to identify a purchase and delivery method that meets the needs of the customer as well as the production capacity of the seller.
At the time of purchase, the buyer must carefully fill out the purchase form in every part, including Tax Code, VAT number if applicable, Recipient Code or certified email (PEC) if applicable, and any other data useful for invoicing.
The buyer's contact details will also be indicated, to be used exclusively for communications aimed at completing the purchase procedure.
The delivery or pick-up address must be indicated. The seller will not be liable in any way or under any circumstances in the event of erroneous, false or inaccurate communication of billing and shipping data.
In the event of errors in filling in the data useful for invoicing, the Buyer must promptly notify the seller by email, before the transport document and the tax document are issued, or before the shipment is carried out.
No changes will be possible after the tax document has been issued.
The processing of the data provided is intended solely for the purchase procedure. The rules and regulations are set out in the dedicated Privacy Policy section.
For all legal purposes and consequences, the seller's obligations are considered fully fulfilled upon delivery to the carrier.
In the event of spoilage, in whole or in part, of the purchased goods due to causes not directly and/or indirectly attributable to the buyer, any related dispute will be settled according to the applicable regulations, in particular those expressly referred to in Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014 and the Civil Code, including in the event of exemption from warranty due to force majeure.
